I intend for this site to be as open, flexible, and free-wheeling as possible; however, I reserve the right to delete any comments I feel are inappropriate. I'll do my best to prevent spam in the comments; in fact, spam comments and spam trackbacks will be deleted immediately.
I won't allow any comments that link to, or advocate, anything illegal. If you try to post anything illegal, I'll report you to your ISP and law enforcement in a heartbeat.
Censorship is a bad, bad thing; for that reason, I'll be loathe to delete a comment simply because it's offensive. Offensive speech is best countered by more speech, not censorship. Having said that, I still reserve the right to ban any user who persistently gets on my nerves. Potential trolls should read this part carefully: you'll get exactly one warning before being banned.
I hold the copyright to everything on this site which I originate, including text, audio, photographs, video, or any other medium.
As an anti-spam measure, user registration is required in order to post comments; that registration includes the need for a valid email address. I will not reveal or sell your personal information to any third party (unless I have to reveal it to law enforcement or an ISP under appropriate legal authority). I promise.
This site uses cookies, but only for one purpose: to keep you from having to log in again on every visit. Nothing nefarious is stored in that cookie, and I don't use it for any purposes other than maintaining your login status from one session to another.
