Steve, you're one of the few lucky ones to have gotten out near the market's peak. I'm in stocks for the long haul, so I'm somewhere between "Buy" and "Wait." But lake property sounds good no matter what state the economy is in. If I had the money, I'd buy one of those.
Hi Russ, from South Africa. Property is quite attractive here and the dollar is surprisingly strong. It's quite nice to have a glass of wine for 4 dollars in a 4-star restaurant. Beats Europe, that's for sure. Wondering if it's safe to come home or should I just stay here?!
Revelator, it's probably safe to come home, but if I were you, I'd have a few more glasses of wine first.

My camera lens seized up in Zambia - 2 days into my trip! I also have a video camera that I fell back on, but I'll have to do alot of editing first. If I can make some decent clips I'll point to you them.
